6lement is an award-winning label and publishing company based in Atlanta, GA. 6lement offers services in Publishing, Artist Development, Distribution, Live Sound Engineering, Marketing, and, most importantly, HITS.
Rooted in community, 6lement actively engages with our local church, volunteers with local youth, and offers a hands-on internship program. While excelling in the music industry, we are equally committed to providing education about the business side of music, especially in areas where we’ve historically been exploited.

THE INTERNSHIP
The 6lement Internship is a 12- to 16-week, intensive, in-person program designed to provide students and young professionals with comprehensive exposure to all facets of the music industry.
Throughout the internship, participants engage in real-world environments, contributing to live projects and gaining hands-on experience that bridges the gap between education and professional practice.
By the end of the program, interns are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to excel in the music industry. Many participants go on to join 6lement in permanent roles, while others leverage their experience to pursue opportunities at other leading companies and entrepreneurial ventures.
